Production Times
All our pieces are handcrafted to order. Estimated production times are:
- Basic pieces: 2-5 business days.
- Collections: 3-7 business days.
- Custom orders: 5-10 business days (or longer depending on the complexity of the design).
Once your piece is ready, we will proceed with shipping it.
Shipping Times
Orders are shipped via Correos, with a standard delivery time of 2-5 business days once the package has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates
Canary Island
Shipments to the Canary Islands are subject to customs controls and may incur additional import charges that are not included in the shipping cost. These charges are the responsability of the buyer.
Order Tracking
Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can track your order at all times.
